Burger King is preparing to transform more than 400 of its restaurants in the short term, following a series of remodels that began in 2022 with the "Reclaim the Flame" program. Innovation in design and new proposals
One of the biggest changes that Burger King will implement in its restaurants is the introduction of the "Sizzle" concept. This model includes new technological features, such as digital menu screens, ordering kiosks, and a more modern and welcoming decor. Customers will also be able to enjoy options like mobile app orders and drive-thru service.
According to Restaurant Brands International CEO, Joshua Kobza, the company plans to renew 85% of its Burger King establishments by 2028. This promises to revolutionize the experience at its points of sale.
This effort to modernize the establishments seems to be working very well; in 2024, 370 remodels were already completed, of which about 80 followed the Sizzle concept. The results of these updates have been positive, with a notable increase in sales, which proves the effectiveness of this strategy.

The menu also gets a makeover
In addition to the restaurant renovations, Burger King has worked on innovating its menu to capture consumers' attention. Among the highlighted new offerings is the Steakhouse Bacon Whopper, a premium version of its classic Whopper, which was launched with great success.
