Raphinha is a clear candidate for the Ballon d'Or and his unbelievable season hasn't gone unnoticed among critics and fans. The Brazilian has had a redemption season and has shown that people should watch their words when talking about him. Last year, part of the fans didn't want him on the team; currently, there are few footballers better than him.
Barça is recovering satisfactorily from their financial crisis and they're already starting to consider market options. Although it was initially forgotten, Nico Williams has once again made it to the top of the favorites list. Everything would change if Raphinha and Barça accepted the excessive offer the Brazilian has received.

Raphinha and Barça
Raphinha had a tough time last year and it wasn't until the final stretch of the season that he started to show his true soccer. The Brazilian already showed us what was coming this season and he didn't disappoint; he's been one of the best on the continent. After much commotion over Nico Williams's signing last summer, Culers ended up being grateful it didn't come true.
Nico Williams has a lot of talent, but it's unlikely he would've shown the level Raphinha has shown in 24-25. Many people demanded the current Culer's departure, something that, obviously, didn't sit well with him at all. In fact, a few months ago he publicly admitted that period wasn't easy and that he had a very hard time.
Xavi Hernández didn't give him the opportunities he deserved, but Flick has done so and Raphinha has replied very well. This season, the winger has scored 34 goals and provided 25 assists; numbers that are out of the ordinary. After his good year, Manchester United has come knocking with an offer that could change everything.

The offer Raphinha has received
Raphinha has several offers on the table, but he states that he only wants to be at Barça and that's where he wants to succeed. Although there were teams offering €60 million, Manchester United has arrived ready to shake up the market. The Red Devils want to present an offer of €160 million.
If Nico Williams ends up signing for Barça, the board and Raphinha would have to meet to see what plans there are for the left winger position. Although we don't know if the Brazilian will be willing to leave, those in the Catalan capital will have to consider all possible scenarios.
