During her last visit to our country, Elsa Pataky had no qualms about issuing an urgent statement to the media regarding the three children she has with Chris Hemsworth. This information is directly related to the bond the little ones maintain with Spain.
Many years have passed since this well-known Spanish actress left her native country and moved to the United States in the 2000s to make her way in Hollywood.

However, after starting a family with Chris Hemsworth, they both decided to move to Australia, specifically to Byron Bay. There, they currently live with their three children: India Rose, Tristan, and Sasha.
Despite the distance, Elsa Pataky has always tried to keep her connection with Spain alive. So much so that she makes every effort to ensure her children don't lose the bond with their maternal origins. She achieves this, among other things, through gastronomy.

In many interviews, Chris Hemsworth's wife has explained that the reason they decided to settle on the east coast of Australia is directly related to their privacy. What they both sought was a quiet life away from the media spotlight.
Nevertheless, Elsa Pataky has never forgotten her roots. So much so that she has repeatedly stated that she wants her children to know and appreciate Spain. She made this clear again during her last visit to Madrid.
Elsa Pataky reveals an unexpected fact related to the children she has with Chris Hemsworth: "They love it"
Before the media, Elsa Pataky expressed her desire to spend more time in Spain, especially as the children grow up. She believes that, in the future, all three will want to know what life in the city is like.
Meanwhile, they continue to visit Spain once or twice a year, generally during the summer months. During these visits, the actress and Chris Hemsworth's children have the opportunity to enjoy Spanish culture and gastronomy.

But they don't only experience it when they travel, as Elsa Pataky ensures it's also present in their daily life in Australia. She revealed this herself in a recent interview for Europa Press:
"They're fans of ham and everything, the Roscón de Reyes, all the truly Spanish products, the Spanish omelet, garlic shrimp..." These are products they enjoy both in Spain and at their Australian home, as she cooks them herself to keep traditions alive.
Additionally, Elsa Pataky revealed what the little ones' favorite dish is: "They love garlic shrimp. It's not the shrimp we have here in Spain, but well, and then the Spanish omelet from time to time I do make it."
