Despite having set his place of residence in the Dominican Republic, year after year, Julio Iglesias and his wife travel to our country to enjoy the summer. More specifically, to a small and luxurious coastal town in Málaga where Miranda Rijnsburger spends long hours on its beaches.
On the Costa del Sol, there is a privileged and exclusive enclave that has captivated celebrities from all over the world. This is Ojén, a charming municipality that, for decades, has become Julio Iglesias and his family's refuge.

Surrounded by nature and far from the hustle and bustle, this enclave offered the singer the tranquility he always sought. So much so that he found there the ideal place to build his mansion-refuge.
Just 5.6 mi. (9 km) from Marbella and a 10-minute drive from Puerto Banús, Julio Iglesias built his dream estate: Las Cuatro Lunas. This property, located in an unparalleled natural setting, enjoys privileged views of the Mediterranean.
All the details of the mansion that Julio Iglesias and his wife own in Ojén, a small town in Málaga
Without a doubt, Ojén is a place where privacy and luxury coexist perfectly. For that reason, Julio Iglesias didn't think twice when it came to building Las Cuatro Lunas, his summer residence, there.
This mansion is built on a 1,112-acre (450-hectare) plot and features a main house of more than 9,688 sq. ft. (900 m²). In it, the singer has lived intimate moments with his wife Miranda Rijnsburger and their children.

However, although he put the estate up for sale in 2018 for 145 million euros, Julio Iglesias and his family still enjoy it every summer. In fact, it is very common to see his wife on one of the beaches near their property.
The Cuatro Lunas estate stands out for its traditional Andalusian architecture, with colonial touches and wooden details. What really draws attention are all the luxuries and comforts it offers.
On the extensive grounds, there are several independent guest buildings, three infinity pools, two helipads, and a tennis court. In addition, it features a gym, a wine cellar, and a recording studio. Every corner of the estate has been designed to offer absolute comfort and privacy.

The main house has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a large 4,306 sq. ft. (400 m²) suite where Julio Iglesias and Miranda celebrated their wedding in 2010. In addition, there are five staff bedrooms, a private chapel, a game room, and relaxation areas.
The Ojén estate has been a place of rest for their daughters Victoria and Cristina, who have shared images of the place on social media. Close friends such as Luis Alfonso de Borbón, Margarita Vargas, and Paloma Cuevas have also been guests at this exclusive residence.
With limited access and helipads, the property has become one of the safest places in the Mediterranean. In addition, its proximity to Málaga airport allows Julio Iglesias and his wife to receive international visitors with great ease.
