After the major stir that has arisen around one of her latest Instagram posts, Meghan Markle has stepped forward. The Duchess of Sussex didn't want to miss the opportunity to reveal what really happened with Prince Harry years ago in the hospital.
In early June, Meghan posted a revealing and intimate video on that social network. In it, she appears dancing with her husband to the viral song The Baby Momma Dance in a hospital room in 2021, while they were trying to induce the birth of their daughter Lilibet.
"Today, four years ago, this also happened. Our two children were a week overdue... So, when spicy food, walks, and acupuncture didn't work, there was only one thing left to do!" Meghan Markle wrote.
The Duchess of Sussex posted these images for a special reason: the celebration of the little one's fourth birthday. However, as expected, they haven't been free from controversy.
Shortly after the 80-second video went public, several conspiracy theories began circulating on social media. In them, some users claimed, without evidence, that Meghan Markle's belly wasn't real and that she was using a pregnancy prosthesis.
All these accusations have sparked a new debate related to the couple's media exposure. So much so that, almost two weeks later, Meghan Markle has defended her right to post such content on her Instagram account.

Additionally, Meghan Markle has taken the opportunity to make an appeal and ask all those people who have publicly questioned her to "tell the truth" about her.
Meanwhile, Prince Harry's wife has explained that this post is the way she has found to share scenes from her "authentic" life with others.
During her appearance on the Aspire podcast, hosted by businesswoman Emma Grede, Meghan Markle reflected on this controversial topic. "You have to be authentic. Did you see my Baby Momma dance? That wasn't yesterday, it was four years ago," said the former American actress.
"It's a great reminder that, despite the noise or whatever people do, there's still a life... A real, authentic, and fun life, happening behind the scenes. I'm grateful that now, having returned to social media, I've got a space where I can share it my way," she added.
Meanwhile, Emma Grede admitted that she was very struck by this video. So much so that, as she confessed, "we watched it about 20 times": "I thought, 'Well, Meghan and Prince Harry, let's go.' But that's you, right? That's you in a way we hadn't been able to see before."
However, some royal experts didn't receive this post very well. Ingrid Seward, British commentator, criticized Meghan Markle and Prince Harry for what she considered an invasion of their own privacy:
