Stéphanie of Monaco returned to public life on July 5 after announcing a few weeks ago her intention to retire from official events. She did so at a very special event for her: the Fight Aids Monaco charity gala.
Although it was a one-time return, her presence did not go unnoticed. Grace Kelly's youngest daughter drew all eyes for her natural and unadorned appearance. This caused a flood of comments on social media.

Stéphanie of Monaco has made an important decision
According to En Blau, the princess has chosen to leave cosmetic enhancements behind. She has given up treatments such as Botox or facial injections, and has decided to show herself as she truly is, at 60 years old.
This decision, according to some observers, shows authenticity and consistency with the personality she has always shown. Stéphanie has never followed traditional protocol codes nor has she let herself be carried away by the expectations of royalty.
Her reappearance without excessive makeup, with a simple haircut and a relaxed attitude, was interpreted as a brave gesture by many. However, there were also criticisms on social media questioning her appearance.
Stéphanie of Monaco announced her retirement
She was accompanied by two of her three children, Camille Gottlieb and Louis Ducruet—who attended with his wife, Marie—and by her brother Albert of Monaco. In this context, Stéphanie enjoyed the evening with a calm and serene smile.
Every year, the Grimaldi family shows their support for a cause she has led with great dedication. In an interview with Point de Vue, Stéphanie acknowledged that her fight against HIV remains a priority, despite the little attention it receives.

"Many charities, due to lack of grants or other reasons, are closing their doors. Sometimes I feel like no one talks about it anymore. There are no longer major television programs, there is little or no education on this subject among young people."
"That's why I keep my commitment through Fight Aids Monaco," she concluded. Far from the noise and opinions, the princess has shown that her public presence is no longer measured by the spotlight, but by the message. With or without filters, she remains true to herself.
