There has been a great stir around Elsa Pataky with Chris Hemsworth. It is because, thanks to the discovery the actress made during her latest project, their fans might find them in one of the villages of the "emptied Spain."
As it emerged a few months ago, the couple returned to Spain for a very special reason. After twenty years developing her career abroad, Elsa has returned to participate in an entirely Spanish production.

She has done it with Matices, the new series produced by SkyShowtime in collaboration with Secuoya Studios and Stellarmedia, which has been filmed in various locations in our country.
According to the producer and said platform on social media, the plot focuses on "the story of six patients." These people "meet in a winery to complete the treatment of a renowned psychiatrist, with a very high cure rate among the most difficult patients to redirect."

However, what has most attracted attention to this audiovisual project has been the choice of its locations. It is because, as it has emerged, one of the places chosen to film this fiction is a charming village in Zamora with barely 1,142 registered inhabitants.
A location that, without a doubt, has managed to captivate Elsa Pataky and Chris Hemsworth. So much so that it wouldn't be strange to find them enjoying the tranquility and nature of the area.

Just as the choice of national actors has been very relevant in the series, the selected locations have also been key. According to the producer Secuoya Studios, the filming has taken place in Madrid, the Canary Islands, and the province of Zamora.
During the last weeks of the project, the Zamora town of Fermoselle hosted Elsa Pataky and her colleagues for the filming of a good part of the series' scenes.

Hacienda Unamuno, a hotel surrounded by vineyards and located near the Duero River, was the setting chosen for these recordings. Undoubtedly, one of the most significant spots in the village.
In fact, the writer of the Generation of '98, captivated by this location, also known as Hacienda Zorita Natural Reserve, mentioned it in his poem Durius, Duero, Douro.
Under the direction of Sergio Cánovas, a cast with some of the most recognized names in the national scene has been assembled. It is because, in addition to Elsa Pataky, well-known actors such as Maxi Iglesias, Juana Acosta, Luis Tosar, Hovik Keuchkerian, or Enrique Arce, among many others, also work in the fiction.
