Buckingham Palace's communications team has turned to the British Royal Family's social media to make an announcement about Princess Kate Middleton. According to their confirmation, it won't be long before the Princess of Wales relives a very special moment.
Through all its official accounts, the British Royal Family issued an important statement on May 13. In it, it is confirmed that Charles III has officially invited the French President, Emmanuel Macron, and his wife to make a State visit.

"The President of the French Republic, His Excellency Emmanuel Macron, accompanied by Mrs. Brigitte Macron, has accepted His Majesty the King's invitation to make a State visit to the United Kingdom from Tuesday, July 8 to Thursday, July 10, 2025."
A visit in which Kate Middleton will once again wear one of her tiaras inside Windsor Castle after some time without doing so. In these types of meetings, it is customary to hold a gala dinner in honor of the guests.
Buckingham Palace announces a very important date in Kate Middleton's institutional calendar
As stated in the communiqué, this State visit is scheduled for next summer and promises to be one of the most prominent events in the royal calendar. So much so that Kate Middleton will be able to participate in an elegant State banquet, an occasion where tiaras and royal etiquette will once again take center stage.

The meeting between Charles III and Emmanuel Macron in the United Kingdom will take place between July 8 and 10. Additionally, it has been confirmed that the French presidential couple will stay at Windsor Castle.
A choice that has not gone unnoticed, as Buckingham Palace is currently undergoing renovation. Thus, Windsor, with its thousand years of history, will become the main setting for the event.

Although the program details have not yet been confirmed, it is expected that Prince William and Kate Middleton will have a very significant role. Their presence would reinforce the message of unity and continuity of the British monarchy.
In these types of visits, the State banquet is usually the highlight of the protocol. It is a key tool of royal diplomacy and the so-called British "soft power."
Due to her medical treatment, Kate Middleton was unable to attend the last banquet held in December at Buckingham Palace in honor of the Emir of the State of Qatar. However, she did participate briefly in the first part of the first day.
