Prince Andrew, brother of King Charles III, has received a new and unexpected blow related to one of the biggest scandals of his life. According to reports, the lawyer of the late Virginia Giuffre is demanding a public apology from him.
It was on April 25 when activist Virginia Giuffre was found dead at her farm in Perth, Australia. Her death has not only shaken the British royal family but has also left a deep void in her family and in the fight she led for years.

Several days after her death, her lawyer David Boies didn't hesitate to send a clear and forceful message to Prince Andrew. The attorney has asked King Charles III's brother for a public apology for the scandal linking him to Jeffrey Epstein.
"I would like him to say 'I'm sorry,'" said the defender and representative of Virginia Giuffre during one of his latest interviews. He took the opportunity to emphasize that the Duke of York should take responsibility for his alleged actions.
Prince Andrew, brother of King Charles III, receives a new and unexpected blow: "He can't deny he was involved"
David Boies, who years ago accused Prince Andrew of assaulting Virginia Giuffre when she was 17 years old, now only wants his client's legacy to rest in peace. Therefore, he didn't hesitate to ask the Duke of York to reconsider his stance.

Additionally, he took the occasion to ask King Charles III to intervene in this controversy and demand that his brother acknowledge his connection to Epstein.
"He may not remember all the details... But he can't deny he was involved with young girls through Epstein," the lawyer stated in his interview.

In 2022, Prince Andrew and Giuffre's defense reached an out-of-court settlement that ranged between three and twelve million pounds. Even so, King Charles III's brother always denied the accusations made against him.
Meanwhile, David Boies insists that there are several compelling pieces of evidence, such as photos or testimonies, that support his client's version and that of other alleged victims.
Now, Giuffre's death adds a new dimension to the case. Authorities are still investigating whether the young woman did or did not take her own life. In fact, lawyer Karrie Louden has stated in the newspaper The Sun that there were no prior signs indicating this possibility.
