This property, with a private pool, wine cellar, and elevator, symbolizes the young man's professional leap. After signing his contract renewal with Barça until 2031, which will bring him about 30 million euros per season, Lamine is already one of the club's highest-paid players.
Moreover, his generosity extends to his immediate family circle. In 2024, he also bought a 1,938 sq. ft. (180 m²) apartment on the border between Sarrià and Pedralbes, one of the most exclusive areas of Barcelona.
The recipient of this property was his father, Mounir Nasraoui, so he could move away from the Rocafonda neighborhood (Mataró). With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a garage, and a storage room, the apartment is located in one of the most luxurious neighborhoods of the Catalan capital.
In fact, he shares the neighborhood with figures such as Pablo Urdangarin and Joan Laporta himself. The average price in that area is around 497–534 €/sq. ft. (5,350–5,750 €/m²). This way, the value of the apartment is between 960,000 and 1.03 million euros.

Lamine has also thought about himself. In mid-2024, he acquired a 969 sq. ft. (90 m²) apartment near Barça's Ciutat Esportiva. A kind of personal refuge to start becoming independent, even before obtaining his driver's license.
According to local market estimates, an apartment like this can cost between 500,000 and 800,000 euros, depending on its condition and exact location. That's why it's no surprise that Yamal chose it as a personal investment.
