Shortly after leading the official opening of Royal Ascot, Queen Camilla faced what was described as "a moment of panic." She had no qualms about sharing this situation with several attendees.

Charles III's wife was accompanied by Lady Sarah, one of her ladies-in-waiting, when both began to struggle against the wind. All to prevent their hats from flying away.

Nicola Hickling, a lip-reading expert, explained to the Daily Mail that Queen Camilla didn't hesitate to express her concern publicly. "My God, if the wind blows any harder, my hat will fly away," the queen told Lady Sarah.

However, Charles III's wife's confusion intensified as she had to greet attendees while firmly holding her hat. In fact, she even considered taking it off to have her hands free, although she ultimately dismissed the idea.

"I greet quickly and go back to holding the hat. Should I take it off? I can't," added Queen Camilla, according to the interpretation of the aforementioned lip-reading expert.

King Charles III was also aware of the incident and decided to ask Prince Faisal, Lady Sarah's husband, if the wind had also affected his hat.

At this moment, with great sense of humor, Queen Camilla commented with laughter: "This wind is causing a frenzy," according to Hickling. Despite the awkward moment, both monarchs kept their warm and relaxed attitude.

Meanwhile, this expert also revealed what King Charles III said while arriving at the venue by carriage. He joked that it was the third time that week he had traveled in one, referring to his recent participation in Trooping the Colour.
