A day that, according to several media outlets, was relaxed and easygoing. However, what hasn't been reported is the uncomfortable problem that the future queen of Spain had to deal with. Several people had the opportunity to witness this situation.
All the details about the scare Princess Leonor experienced during her visit to Sant Martí Vell, Catalonia
Apart from what has been reported about this visit, the uncomfortable problem that Princess Leonor witnessed in the Catalan town of Sant Martí Vell has come to light.
According to reports, a group of about 40 people gathered on Thursday morning in this municipality in Girona to show their rejection of the presence of the princess and her sister Sofía.

At that time, the young women were visiting the Nando and Elsa Peretti Foundation, located in this town, as part of a private event. The protest took place while Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofía participated in activities related to conservation and sustainability.
The demonstration was organized by the Coordinadora Antimonàrquica. Its spokesperson, Quim Tell, publicly criticized what he called an "imposed presence" of the monarchy in Catalonia. The representative also questioned the symbolism of the event, in statements given to the media present.

According to the information that has come to light, the protesters carried banners with slogans such as "Fora la monarquia" and shouted chants in favor of a Catalan republic.
The protest against Princess Leonor took place near the security cordon established by Mossos d'Esquadra, although, fortunately, no major or significant incidents were reported.
Tell stated that the visit was part of a "whitewashing operation" of the monarchical institution. He also asserted the right of Catalans to decide their political future, as he said, "without impositions."
