According to Juan Antonio Martín, the most effective and safest way to do it is to sit on the edge of a chair or bench with your hands resting and your fingers pointing forward.

Next, you need to slide your body forward until your hips are off the seat. At this point, you must keep your feet flat on the floor and your knees bent at an angle of about 90 degrees.

After getting into the correct position, you should slowly bend your elbows until you reach a 90-degree angle, lowering your body toward the floor. Finally, you need to straighten your arms again to return to the starting position, consciously contracting your arm muscles.
